Studio & Cancellation Policies

Studio Wellness Guidelines & COVID 19 Updates

ENERGY is aware of all current COVID related policies and will change and adjust as necessary as we move through the reopening of the Cayman Islands. Please help us keep our studio clean and safe by adhering to these wellness guidelines.

When you arrive, please leave outdoor shoes at the front door and sanitize or wash your hands immediately.

At this time, all clients and vendors are required to wear a mask in our common areas (reception, hallways and bathrooms). Once you have arrived at your reformer/mat you are welcome to remove your mask for the duration of your class.

Grip socks are required for all classes - they are also available for purchase at the studio.

Please bring your own water bottle to class - towels are provided.

If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and help keep your fellow class participants safe - simply email us and we can help rebook any classes or private sessions you may miss.

Please clean your reformer after class with our disinfectant spray and any small props you may have used.  Our instructors will also clean the equipment throughout the day.

Please arrive on time for class and turn phones on silent to avoid disruption to the class.

Shower facilities are available with towels and general toiletries provided.

Class Cancellation Policy

All students have up to two hours to cancel out of a class without losing credit - preferably we ask if you could cancel classes up to a day in advance to let those on waitlists the opportunity to attend.

Please make note of class pass expiration dates upon purchase - all class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Private/Duet Cancellation Policy

ENERGY requires 24 hours notice for cancellation of all personal training sessions.
