studio policies
PAYMENTS

The studio takes payment in the form of debit, cash and VISA/MASTERCARD.  Checks are also accepted but returned checks are subject to a $35 return check fee.  All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.  

REGISTRATION

Registration is required for all our group classes (with the exception of the ENERGY Express classes).  You may call ahead to place a 24-hour hold for a particular class or classes in the upcoming schedule, however payment must be made within that 24-hour period for confirmation of the space.  

CANCELLATIONS

Group Classes: The ENERGY online scheduling system allows you to cancel out of a scheduled class up to one hour before the class start time and rebook to a different class within the 7-week session. Cancellations within one hour of the class start time will result in a charge for the class missed.
Personal Training: If you are unable to attend a scheduled training appointment, kindly advise us 24-hours in advance so that we may rebook the session for you. Appointments cancelled with less than 12- hours notice will be charged at the normal rate.

CELL PHONES

Please turn off your cell phones before entering a group class – no calls or texting for the duration of the class.  

STUDIO CANCELLATIONS

If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather or an emergency, there will be an announcement on the studio’s voice mail two hours or more before the class is scheduled to begin.  ENERGY reserves the right to cancel a class under extreme circumstances.  Earliest notification will be given via web updates, studio’s voice mail and posting on our doors.  

REFUNDS

There are no refunds for class registration or gift certificates unless there is a medical reason for discontinuation of attendance.   

INJURIES/PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS

We have a wide range of classes to accommodate people with various physical conditions.  Please let your teacher know about any physical or medical conditions before the class begins.
