Our Pilates Matwork classes are all based on STOTT PILATES® programming and are a great way to incorporate full body strength, flexibility and coordination into your weekly routine. Variations and modifications are given to accommodate all levels and abilities, so as you gain strength, we will give you new ways to challenge your body. Whether it is Pilates Tools, Pilates Barre or Bikini Bootcamp these amazing matwork classes are guaranteed to create a toned and lean body.

ENERGY Express

If you find it difficult to fit in workouts before or after work, our lunch hour ENERGY Express classes are you fitness solution. Running Monday to Friday for 45 minutes, these lunch hour Pilates Mat workouts offer a wide range of focuses, from body sculpting to stress relieving flexibility sessions.
